For order questions, include your order number and the item you are asking about. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect arrival, please include photos of the item and packaging so we can help.

To request a return, email us first. If your return is authorized, we will email the return address and instructions. Please wait for those instructions before sending an item back. Our public mailing address does not accept returns. Return eligibility and postage details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

For an order placed on eBay, contact Bayocean Distributors through that eBay order so the request stays with the correct marketplace purchase.
