Bayocean Squish is operated by Bayocean Distributors LLC, based in Aumsville, Oregon, United States. These terms apply to your use of bayoceansquish.com and purchases made through this website. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Bayocean Distributors LLC.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Bayocean Distributors LLC is the seller of the products you purchase from this store. We are an independent retailer; NeeDoh is a Schylling brand, and this is not the manufacturer's official website.

Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy before ordering. Your order is subject to the product information, prices, and policies presented when you place it. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required. Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt to access information that is not yours.

Products, colors, and quantities

Read the product title, description, and any available options before ordering. Each order quantity buys the single item, set, or retail pack stated on that product page; several photographs do not mean that all pictured items are included.

Dream Drop and Nice-Sicle product pages offer color choices. For other products described as assorted or color-selected-for-you, we choose the color or style from available stock, and a specific color or style is not guaranteed. Photographs may show examples of different available colors. Packaging, patterns, and screen color appearance can vary.

Follow the age guidance, warnings, and care instructions on each product's packaging. Keep packaging information for reference. Product descriptions do not replace the manufacturer's safety instructions.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The checkout displays the items, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and final total before you submit your order. Offers and discounts are subject to any terms shown with them. Prices and availability can change for future orders.

We aim to keep product and stock information accurate. If an item cannot be supplied, or an order contains a material price or product-description error, we will contact you using the details you provide to resolve the issue. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement. If we cancel an item that has been paid for, we will refund the amount paid for that canceled item and any shipping charge that no longer applies.

Shipping

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations.

Standard shipping is $5.99 for merchandise subtotals below $50 after discounts and before taxes. Standard shipping is free at $50 or more on the same basis.

In-stock orders are dispatched within one business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time; delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. We send tracking information when your order ships.

Please check the delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly about an error or a requested change. We cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once processing or shipment is underway. This does not affect rights you have under applicable law.

Returns and arrival problems

You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original retail packaging, with proof of purchase. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; original shipping charges are not refunded for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return.

Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. The unopened condition does not prevent you from reporting an arrival problem. We cover any required return shipping when we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective.

After a return is received and inspected, we will tell you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your payment provider may need additional processing time.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use this store or contact us. We use the order contact details you provide to send necessary order and service communications. Marketing choices are handled separately from completing an order.
