Refund policy

30-day unopened returns.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original retail packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened or used squish toys are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

To start a return, email aaron.mcleod@bayoceandistributors.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. If your return is approved, we will email you the return address and instructions. Please wait for those instructions before sending an item back. Our public business mailing address is not our return destination.

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective on arrival?

Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, we cover any required return shipping. The unopened condition does not prevent you from reporting an arrival problem.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your payment provider may need additional processing time.

Orders placed on eBay follow the terms of the eBay listing and eBay's applicable policies.
